Tropical Water Pool

Why not make the most of your stay at The Flying Pig Beach Hostel by visiting the largest covered waterslide paradise in the Netherlands and Europe!  The Tiki Water Pool is situated next door to the Duinrell Amusement Park just outside the small town of Wassenaar, which is only a short bus journey from the Beach Hostel in Noordwijk. 

The Tiki Water Pool is much more than just a European tropical swimming pool; it has ten unique slides all with vicious names like the Typhoon, the Cannon ball, the Cyclone, and a crazy freefall slide known as the Pelican Dive.  Once you have tackled all those fiendishly fun tubes you can always kick back and relax on the Lazy River.  Indeed. 

And those of you who wish to spend a little longer under water can take advantage of the certified diving instructors at the Tiki Diving School.  You’ll find plenty of diving, snorkelling, and Scuba courses to suit your specific requirements. 

Non-swimmers can take refuge in the restaurant that overlooks the pool and contemplate why they never learnt to swim.  When the weather is pleasant visitors can sit out on the roof terrace and gobble lashings of ice cream and chomp cheese burgers and fries until they run out of money.
